HelloChat is an experimental, browser-based messenger focused on private and secure communication.

Send encrypted messages, share images, and make voice calls directly from your browser.

HelloChat encrypts messages and images in your browser before transmission. Only participants with the required encryption keys can decrypt them.

Your E2EE password is separate from your account login password and protects your encryption keys.

Encrypted storage: The server stores encrypted messages, not readable conversations.
Message deletion: Deleting a message removes its encrypted content from the server's active database.
Local decryption: Messages and images are decrypted on your device.

HelloChat supports browser-based voice calls using WebRTC, which encrypts audio during transmission.

HelloChat respects your privacy and aims to collect only the information necessary to operate the service.

Account information, session data, and communication metadata are processed to provide authentication, messaging, and communication features.

Your personal information is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
